Friday, November 30, 2007. An MOT test is an annual test for any car in the UK that is over 3 years old. They check brakes, clutch, bodywork, CV boots, exhaust emmissions (I've had a car fail on too much oxygen in the emissions before! Anything broken must be fixed or the car isn't allowed on the road. Ramblings on our lives in Scotland and adventures home and abroad. Friday, June 22, 2007. Trip to the Highlands. Becky arrived last Friday and we took a wee trip to the West Coast. Did a spot of sea kayaking in the sound between the Applecross peninsula and the Islands of Rona and Raasay. Spent a night in Fort William and danced at the Ben Nevis Inn. Camped under the stars for a night and survived the midges. Also visited the village of Plockton. All and all a fun trip! Posted by Jen at 9:36 am.
