Jett still had the silly straw in his mouth, continually suctioning bile out of his stomach and an IV in his hand. It’s been a busy time for me since I last posted; job changes were the biggest affecting my daily life, but also had death in the family as well. I’m almost glad we didn’t have the harsh winter many were predicting based on last year’s mild summer, that would have made everything more gloomy. My new job has given me increased responsibilities, and while challenging, I am happy to be trusted to do those things.
