Burgess family joined us! To make clean up easier we moved the table to the living room. Joe made the place cards. Troy bought me flowers! The cooks included: Elaine. Cream of Mushroom Chestnut Soup. Spinach Sweet Potato Salad with a warm bacon vinaigrette. Sausage Apple Cranberry Stuffing (love my crock pot).

Saturday, April 4, 2009. Tyson was born with an abundance of hair. Over the past three weeks it has grown to touch his ears and down his little neck. It's also started to stick straight up on top, which we are enjoying immensely. While we were at Beach Comber Kid's Cuts getting the girls a trim, the owner, Kelly, kindly agreed to clean up Tyson's hair around his ears and neck. She didn't even charge us for it. It really looks cute - especially with the long hair sticking straight up on top.

Tuesday, June 9, 2009. Snapshots of the last few months. We did get engaged:) Definitely old news, but good:). Hiking Mount St Helens.it was cold, raining, misty, but fun. Mike, Andrea, Craig and I attempted to climb this mountain, we made it a fair piece up the mountain before deciding that sliding down was infinitely more fun:). Sunday, July 13, 2008. Dennis, Aaron and Dad made this fire pit down by the lake. There is a sail boat race every year - these sail boats are having fun, or perhaps practicing for that. There were 3 on the lake yesterday, but in this picture you only see two. We also saw/heard 3 military jets fly over. Wednesday, May 7, 2008. Yesterday I ventured dowtown and visited the "new" library to see if it met up to the high reviews it has acquired. I was impressed by the layout, seattle design, and forward thinking of the library.
