In from the car that my Nalgene bottle dropped to the ground and broke spilling water all over the garage floor! Dangit. These things are marketed as being darn near indestructable and mine breaks the day I buy a spare? I am chalking it up to yet another bout of Karma I guess. What a bummer. A day in the life. Friday, March 27, 2009. A little update on our "losers" the weight loss group we have been doing. Dave figured this all out this morning. We have one week to go for the first Challenge of the year but this is pretty crazy! Since starting the January 2009 Challenge the Losers have worked to burn off 820,750 more calories than they took in to lose 234.5 pounds. SWEET! A day in the life. Monday, July 13, 2009. What a great birthday weekend! We celebrated Dave's birthday this year at the Bunker Hills campground, it was very nice. The campground is close to our house - about 10 minutes away. It is a little get away, great bike trails, especially for kids, nothing is to far. They have a waterpark that we enjoyed all day Sat. with not a cloud in the sky! We figure Paige rode about 8 miles on her bike over the course of a couple of bike rides - she really loves her bike!

Dave's club Twin City's Off Road along with another club HTR put on the event. The final numbers are not in but they have raised at least $35,000 this year. That is really great!
