The news has lately been talking about heat advisory nonsense, but since I haven’t been running much, I generally laughed it off and continued on my blissful way. I don’t mind heat — in fact, even enjoy it — when I’m not running, but when it comes time to hit the road, I yearn for temps in the 40s. (Sweaty Kid echoes my sentiments. It goes on to make a few suggestions, most of which I’m basically mocking by trotting out for a few miles of masochism. A HEAT ADVISORY MEANS THAT A PERIOD OF HOT TEMPERATURES...
