Getting it right for each person. Housing staff are always happy to help you with any difficulties. If you are unhappy about something, we would invite you to contact us on 0141-342 1890. If you feel that KEY has let you down in some way about our housing or maintenance services, we would invite you to make a complaint. A copy of our Complaints Procedure (Housing) can be viewed or downloaded here. Our housing activities are monitored by the Scottish Housing Regulator.

We seek to provide housing which meets the needs of our tenants. This is a lifetime commitment. We carry out adaptation works to meet changing needs and are currently part-way through a comprehensive programme of converting larger shared houses into smaller individual properties. Repairs can be reported in person, by letter, telephone or email to KEY’s Glasgow office.
