Here are some things to think about when choosing your card size:. The smallest sized card you can mail in the US is 3.5×5″. The largest size you can mail is 6.125×11.5″. (This is to mail it as a letter, as opposed to paying extra rates). A 3×3 is a great addition to a gift or to leave as a note for someone.
