Welcome to the Kharis Foundation. The Mission Statement of the Kharis Foundation states the organization began as a Gift of Grace. Our founders felt that they had been given an opportunity, as a gift from God, to serve people in need in Middle Tennessee. Though not directly associated with the Presbyterian Church, U.S.A., or with the local Presbytery, the board of Kharis Foundation is made up of members of Presbyterian churches in middle Tennessee.

Welcome to the Kharis Foundation. To fulfill our mission, the Foundation awards grants to churches and to nonprofit organizations that provide services to the underprivileged and vulnerable populations. An applicant organization must be exempt from federal taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and not be a private foundation as described in Section 509a(a) in order to be eligible. The Foundation will not make grants directly to individuals. 401 Church Street, Suite 2323.
