Journey of a cancer mom…. All posts by kharmastrong. Living a Hero’s Legacy. November 22, 2015. Dear Mr. Consultant to Becoming Awesome,. It’s been just over a year since you got your wings. I still cry everyday, but honestly it’s less than when you were in the hospital and home on hospice. I try to remember that you didn’t want people to “die a little inside” when they heard your story. So they ask, “how did he want us to feel when we heard his story? He wanted people to feel inspired. I love you Orion.

Journey of a cancer mom…. Don’t count the days, Make the days count. October 13, 2014. So when Orion was admitted to the hospital with no immune system the doctors told me that everything I thought I knew about healing did not apply to treating someone with a compromised immune system. I felt they were pretty true, bit it didn’t keep me from asking and researching and keeping myself as informed about his condition and care and risks and statistics and even the newest studies as I could. LOVE this and you!
