We had a long summer harvest period and even now some of the herbs and beneficial flowers in the garden are doing fine. Rain Cistern- 3,000 gallons for rain water harvesting. Water needed per year- 4,100 gallons drip. Shed and Outdoor Kitchen- 10' x 12'. Greenhouse- 6' x 8'. Cooking area- 12' x 12' with trellis and mirror. Seating for 24 on wooden tree trunks. Compost Bins- 4 = 4' x 4'. Planters- 10 = 4' x 8'. Planters- 13 = 2' x 8'.

And Mrs. Arigi have been holding the Garden Club. The Garden Club meets every Wednesday during lunch. If you haven't already, you should stop by! Miller Creek Edible Garden. Sunday, February 5, 2012. January sprouts and seedlings. The garden club meets every Wednesday at lunch time! All through January it has been unusually warm, and we have had very little rain, so we have been planting seeds and transplanting seedling form the green house into the planter beds. Take a look at some of the work we did this month, and come stop by on Wednesdays! Mrs Arigi and the garden club students eating lunch in the amphitheater. We found lots of ladybugs :).
