Very Berry Lovely Shila. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 3 tbsp cocoa powder. 320 gm castor sugar. 250 ml sunflower oi. 1 tsp white vinegar. 1 tsp vanilla essence. 1 tbsp red food coloring. 200 gm cream cheese , softened. 200 gm butter, softened. 120 gm icing sugar. Red velvet cake crumbs, for sprinkling. Preheat the oven to 160 Celsius (for small oven). Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa together. Fill the cup cakes cases 2/3 full with the batter and bake for 25 minutes.
