MORE WITH THE MEEKS. My version of a scrapbook of memories! I haven't posted in nearly 6 months and have no desire to go back to recap. I'll just pickup with our Beach trip a few weeks ago=). We had a blast! Good food, great company and a the cutest little 2 1/2 year old that steals everyone's heart! Emmerson Claire is beach ready! She loves Nic Nic. We enjoyed our eventful bide rides to the beach. Dinner @ V in Seagrove. The diva had to put on some lipstick (chapsick). Daily dessert, a MUST.

MORE WITH THE MEEKS. My version of a scrapbook of memories! A couple of weeks ago, I was in charge (with 1 other girl) of the food for a NICU Reunion @ UMMC. 3,200 invitations went out to all the babies that have been through the NICU over the past 4 years. Needless to say.I was VERY nervous we would run out of food, drinks, etc. but everything turned out PERFECT! 800 cupcakes. not fun to load in/out of a vehicle OR refrigerator. but they were at hit at the party=). We certainly planned a great party=).

MORE WITH THE MEEKS. My version of a scrapbook of memories! Aideyn turned 6 in March but I really want to be able to keep up with all the pictures and details so .better late than never! The pictures don't do these 2 justice. They are BEST FRIENDS. The lady did vintage Scooby-Doo Pieces on this cake. I didn't take many pictures. I mostly regret not getting a picture WITH the birthday boy. But. at 6, he is obviously too cool for aunt Bug. I have to sneak pictures and hugs in when I can! We had a blast!

MORE WITH THE MEEKS. My version of a scrapbook of memories! Nic and I had a quick get-a-way to Nashville this past weekend. We left early Friday morning and were honky tonkin' on Broadway by 3pm. We planned the trip a few weeks ago after I received a baby shower invitation for my sweet friend (old college roomie) Olivia. Love a reason to visit Nashville! Olivia joined us on Broadway. I had to snap a picture of her drinking water in a bar. rare sight! Nic loves live music and beer. Amazing Bloody Mary bar.

Thursday, May 23, 2013. Just be sure and say thank you to a teacher! I know I will enjoy every minute with my sweet baby boy. This is time I can not have back with him. Saturday, March 5, 2011. We rarely get snow here in the south, or at least in southern Mississippi. So when they predict snow, we generally call their bluff.
