I came back and saw my family in Chicago through a fog of jet lag and grief. I was only with them for a few days before I had to go back to Virginia for classes. I was not myself for my final semester of college. I am sure my closest friends at Liberty can attest to the stranger I was in that time of dark water. 2 For my Thai language studies (diligence and acquiring fluency).

One of the most difficult things about being here is not being able to communicate with people. I recently moved into the teacher dormitories. This consists of five Korean teachers, including my violin teacher. With the exception of one of them, they do not speak English. I genuinely love living with these girls! Languages is really not easy but I am learning more and more each day.
