I have to say that my time of the month is still horrendous and the pain continues at least a week after my time has finished. I went on this 10 day medical missionary course, it was amazing, I learned so much about myself and how to cope with both of my illnesses. G- Godly trust (dealing with unmanageable stress). P- plenty of rest. L- lots of water.
