On the Homefront: The stars aligned
http://vernonhomefront.blogspot.com/2011/06/stars-aligned.html
Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Well, I don't believe in that stuff, so I'll change it to thank you Lord! Both kids went down for naps at the same time yesterday, so off I went with the camera and my new lens (which is wonderful and my hubby's way too good to me) and played around outside. A couple goodies from that small excursion follow:. Now if I could get good shots to become skill and not dumb luck. then I might have something. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). On the Homefront: 3 years + 4 years + 3 months = 2 days
http://vernonhomefront.blogspot.com/2011/02/3-years-4-years-3-months-2-days.html
Thursday, February 24, 2011. 3 years 4 years 3 months = 2 days. Day two of our personal family holidays. Yes, that's bacon. Mom asked Dad to pick up some kind of meat and this is what Dad brought home. I love my dad. He sure knew how to make a hard day a little lighter. Today also marks Zeb ticking over the three month mark. He's getting to be such a big little boy. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Check Out This Blog. Thursday, May 12, 2011. I've been playing with Photoshop, trying to not only get better with taking pictures but editing them afterwards and I need help knowing when to stop :). What, if anything, would you do differently with these two pictures? The first of each is straight out of the camera, the second is the edit. (I'm hoping that the last sentence didn't need to be said but just in case.) Click on the pictures to make them bigger if you wish. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

From Coal to Diamond: April 2008
http://sillymomma99.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
From Coal to Diamond. Tuesday, April 15, 2008. Some of you folks may remember Ryan and Heather (Vernon) Jackson from SEBC. They are a delight and I love them both like crazy. Exciting and supernatural things have happened in their lives the last week. I get a bit misty-eyed every time I think about what our amazing God is doing right now. So, they have a blog. And, I'd love for you to check it out and keep them (and everyone involved) in your prayers. One more time.here's the linky. Friday, April 11, 2008.

On the Homefront: Three wonderful years
http://vernonhomefront.blogspot.com/2011/02/three-wonderful-years.html
Wednesday, February 23, 2011. Our beautiful little girl is three years old today. We went to McD's and right after I took her shoes off in the play-place, a little girl and her grandma walked in, and Esther turns around to this little girl who we've never even seen before, smiles and says "There you are! And then attacks this little unsuspecting girl with a bear hug. (Don't ask, I don't know why lol). Esther: Daddy, can you come over in the red car? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). On the Homefront: Psalm 8
http://vernonhomefront.blogspot.com/2011/06/psalm-8.html
Wednesday, June 22, 2011. O LORD, our Lord,. How majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens. Out of the mouths of babies and infants,. You have established strength because of your foes,. To still the enemy and the avenger. 65279;When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers,. The moon and the stars, which you have set in place,. What is man that you are mindful of him,. And the son of man that you care for him? And crowned him with glory and honor.

On the Homefront: A Wrinkle in the Time-Knitting Continuum
http://vernonhomefront.blogspot.com/2011/02/wrinkle-in-time-knitting-continuum.html
Sunday, February 20, 2011. A Wrinkle in the Time-Knitting Continuum. Things I've finished since last post:. A knitting needle holder (I've added a larger top flap sine the photo), it's been wonderful for grabbing and going, so I'm always prepared (except for today, when I didn't grab when I go-ed and regretted it). A little baby hat :). And a hat that Zeb will grow into (still needs to be blocked, still searching for something to block it over). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

On the Homefront: January 2011
http://vernonhomefront.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 28, 2011. Some things are best forgotten. Can I get a smile? There's a sweet smile! You letting out some gas? Wow, that's a good boy! You fart like your Daddy! We would all be scarred for life, constantly feeling just a little sick to our stomachs. Just a thought. Which brings me to some irony:. And being naked (the naked part seems to be his favorite). Yesterday I knit my first gauge swatch,. Wednesday, January 26, 2011. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. A temporary new life. My son is currentl...
