Tuesday, January 30, 2007. Ytd was terrible. i think i really gonna have monday blues. well, lessons end at 5.30 and the last period was pe. We have to run 2.4 km. that is 6 rounds round the track. and muz complete b4 1430 or sumthing near that timing i think. ya. i came in 10.56. PUI! Lousy like shiet. deprove so much! Deprove arond half a minute! Really need to train up my stamina liao. Ok then after that. we did exercises. 100 jumping jacks. thats just the warm up. lol. Then it was badminton training!
