http://cookingforkiddies.blogspot.com/2009/10/white-chocolate-toffee-crunch-caramel.html
Sunday, October 11, 2009. White Chocolate-Toffee Crunch Caramel Apples. This is obviously a more fattening version of a caramel apple, but I thought it sounded like a nice twist on an old favorite. 14 oz (about 50 pieces) unwrapped soft caramels. 10 oz chopped white chocolate. 1 C finely chopped almond toffee candy. In a bowl set over a pan of simmering water, combine caramels and 2 tablespoons water. Stir frequently until melted and smooth. Dip the bottom half of each apple in chocolate, turning to coat...

Cooking for Kiddies: April 2009
http://cookingforkiddies.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Nachos Supreme-The Letter N. Tonight at the dinner table while discussing the letter N, my son told me that he is "getting smart, really smart." It made me laugh, if only we all had the healthy self-confidence of children. It also made me happy because he realizes that he is learning something. I found this recipe on the label for a can of shredded beef. You never know where a good recipe can be found and this one has become one of my husbands favorites. 1 Tbsp dried cilantro.
