Gaming at the mercy of a scalpel and paint brush. Wednesday, 10 September 2008. I began painting my 'proto-chaplain' last night. I may well enter it in Golden Daemon - I need something to enter just to get in early, even if it's not the best I can do! We know from the various text and picture resources that Pre-heresy Chaplains had kull masks, black armour and a Crozius. I have taken this back to the post-Unification period that my Dusk Raiders emerged, albeit with a more retrofit helmet style.

Quite a successful month in conclusion, achieving the maximum 5 points for paint all 500 points of my force:. 6 Horrors of Tzeentch. Gaming at the mercy of a scalpel and paint brush. Monday, 20 July 2009. The only unit I've been struggling with, mostly due to being a scoring unit and a nasty threat if left alone are the Horrors. Returning to my initial plans, my first choice was a Soul Grinder, a big chunk of the expansion in itself. The rest of the points went towards a unit of Flamers for some much needed mobile firepower.
