Mark, Brittney, Max and Julie. March 7, 2015. One day Julie kept asking to watch the ‘hot video’ on the computer. I couldn’t figure out what she was talking about, then she said ‘where I have band-aids on my knees. And I’m dancing.’ So here’s the video, along with the backstory:. One August morning while Max was in camp, Julie and I met a friend at the Museum of The City of New York to see the cool exhibit City as Canvas: Graffiti Art. Outside we discovered some break dancers. Julie joined in.

Mark, Brittney, Max and Julie. Peppa at the Zoo. March 23, 2015. We made many trips to the nearby Bronx Zoo this summer to visit the gorillas, baboons and other animals. And one Sunday the kids were very excited to meet book & TV star Peppa Pig. Julie wanted to offer her some prosciutto she was snacking on. Mark, Brittney, Max and Julie. December 21, 2015. The kids were very exited about their Daddy’s brithday on December 1, telling everyone about it during the weeks before. I was going to update this blog for a birthday present, but due to technical difficulties it’s a Christmas present instead. I have gotten over 10,000 photos from the last two years on to our computer and organized, so expect more blog posts soon. Baking with kids – fun but messy. Mark, Brittney, Max and Julie. Cousin Fun from Summer 2014. August 25, 2014. Julie made Mommy go down. Leading him to a dark scary tunnel. Max helping his cousins rock climb (they don’t really need any help). The ladies lunching and the boys hanging. Sophie shared her sno cone with Julie, then Max shared his with Breanne, and Maya shared with Max and Julie. And everyone was happy (and fortunately healthy). Julie talked about it for months. Mark, Brittney, Max and Julie. March 7, 2015. Recently Brittney helped plan a winter event. At the Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum, a historical house nearby, on a cold snowy day. We had lots of fun there last summer at a vintage baseball game. And First Friday celebrations with live music. We loved romping around the gorgeous gardens. Lots of pretty paths to wander. Max learned how to tell the age of a tree. And Julie fell on the ground many times on purpose. Followed by a wrestling match. Kid On The Town.

First we went to the Lincoln Center Atrium (where we used to hang out so much we became friends with the manager) to make tap shoes that Julie enjoyed testing out during a tap/swing show.
