Our first night there was freezing and incredibly hard (the ground, that is). We didn't think to get any air mattresses, but at some point in the middle of the night I contemplated either leaving and driving home or going to Fred Meyer to get an air mattress. My feet were half numb by the time morning rolled around too. Max slept like a log. The truth about 911. I love this photo of Natalie. I think it's such a good picture. If you look really closely at this photo, Natalie appears to not have any legs.
