Teaching kids to cook the fun and easy way! June 9, 2011. 30min (not including chill time). 3 oz Raspberry Jell-O (The "Serves: 4" one). 2 c Whipping cream (whipped). 190; c. Boiling water. 189; c. Sugar. 1-2c Raspberries (thawed, if using frozen). 1 c Mini marshmallows (I use more). Dissolve Jell-O with water and sugar (It will want to stick to the dish, so you need to keep stirring until it is ALL dissolved- about 5-7 minutes! Let chill until syrupy (about 15 minutes). Fold whipping cream into Jell-O.

Preheat oven to 375F. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Bake for 10-12 minutes, (12-13 minutes for large) or until firm on the outside, but VERY. Soft on the inside. Add 4 Tbs . Teaching kids to cook the fun and easy way! June 9, 2011. YIELD: 1 9x9in. pan (serves 4 for a full meal, but as a side/desert, could be cut into 9 pieces). 189; c. Melted Butter. 1 c Brown Sugar (I put in ¾ c.). 2 tsp Baking powder. 189; tsp. Cinnamon. 3 c Quick Oats. Optional: ½ c. raisins/craisins; ½ c. nuts. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix the butter and sugar together. Add the remaining ingredients. Put into buttered (greased) 9x9 pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes (I put it in longer, as I like the crunchy top).
