Me, I am my kids' teacher. Money is a Great Motivator! I debated about whether to blog about this. Don't want to sound vain, or self-absorbed or boastful . but it is what it is! Truly, I hope to convey a "if I can do it, you can do it" motivation when it comes to taking control of our health and our choices! The quick end to the story is . I WON! And we've been researching the question: "how this president's spiritual life affected his term in office.". Gee, that sure hasn't been mentioned in all of the picture books we got from the library. But we did find a copy of his speech given at the dedication of the house office building on April 15, 1906. That TR was such a muck-raking rough rider! Tuesday, July 29, 2008. God Show's Up Part 4-Hope. Friday morning the phone rings (2 days after the colonoscopy. The biopsies were normal. 'Does this mean he doesn't have Crohn's. So hope is what we did. In a little room in the ER, with one upset little Monkey, we put our hope in the Lord. Hoping Crohn's. We spent eight hours 'overflowing with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.' (Romans 15:13) It was incredible. Amazingly divine. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.
