In order to qualify for funding through Kids with PossAbilities, you must be eligible for services through Mecklenburg County’s Children’s Developmental Services Agency (CDSA) or have an Individualized Education Program through Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools (CMS). Generally, a child is delayed by 30% in one area or 25% in two or more areas, or has a specific diagnosis in order to qualify through CDSA or CMS.
