Our family of 4. Friday, January 27, 2012. Ahemmwe are still here. Wow, what can I say about the last 6 months.Let me recap as much as I can. We went to Michigan for a week! It was a blast. We went camping with Aaron's family, Cordy's first time, and had a blast with his family :). Aaron started applying for Optometry schools while he was finishing up some classes at UVU. Maren and Patrick Peng 彭家庭. Our travelogue and thoughts on life. Saturday, August 29, 2015. We decided to bless E while we were in Utah so that family could be there. Patrick blessed him at his mom's house on Thursday, July 30. It was E's four week mark. I gave the opening prayer and then Patrick, Reuben, and a member of Eileen's bishopric circled to give him a name a blessing. Eileen, Sadie, Janae, R and I were in attendance. We have to take pictures? All the fam who were able to come. R loved it though!

Our family of 4. Monday, July 29, 2013. I have never been good at blogging, but I think it's important for my family to have this years down the road. These are some quotes I have read over and over again this past 6 months, I'm not sure of the authors though, I will have to look them up. I can do hard things. This is my new life, and even at times it doesn't feel 'oh so good' it truly is. Expect nothing, appreciate everything. There is a sacred relationship between suffering and spirituality.

As a fun surprise, the Wests came out for Lydia's birthday! Lydia was beyond words when Miyah showed up at our house! It was so great getting to celebrate Lydia's special day with such special friends! After some fun hangout time at the house and dinner, we took the girls to the mall to get a little bit more energy out!

Saturday, March 16, 2013. One thing I love about Wade is that he is not a quitter. I, on the other hand, tend to be a quitter so he is a good compliment for me. Several weeks ago in the middle of the night he woke me up when he was talking in his sleep. He very audibly and quite emphatically said right to my face, "Don't quit.EVER! First, we tried the trunk. Then we tried the side. Uh, Dad, we bought a tv that's so big it won't fit in my car." Ha, right. We conquered that tv. Saturday, March 16, 2013.

Friday, February 14, 2014. Lydia's First Dance Recital. I just looked back at my previous posts and realized that this one was never published! Well, better late than never! This is from the beginning of December :). Lydia LOVES to dance and sing! It's one of my favorite things to watch her do! Fortunately, there is a gal in the other ward that teaches dance out of her home for a VERY reasonable price. Like, I can actually afford it and cannot rationally refuse it! It is the highlight of Lydia's week!
