Monday, July 28, 2014. Mom and Dad Do Denver 2014. Just doing a little family visit to Denver recap. However, first things first, this sweet little kitty turns 8 today! Happy birthday Harley cat! Two Sunday's ago my parents flew into Denver for a visit. Mom had a District Attorney's conference right in the heart of downtown, so it was a perfect excuse for them to come hang out with us! This is a high school that we passed on our way to City Park. It looks like it belongs in a movie. Why can't I pet him?

Post trip depression is real. I keep thinking, "right now I would be eating lunch on the boat, or right now I would be just waking up". Thursday, October 16, 2014. France Day 7: Les Andelys. Saturday, August 23rd. Today was a day full of cruising and a short stop in Les Andelys. Like every other town we visited, Les Andelys was breathtakingly gorgeous. Chateau Gaillard, the castle mom hiked to. This was King Richard the Lionheart's castle. He feared an attack from the king of France, so he built this in 1196 for protection. Look how cute these tiny, fuzzy, French baby birds are! On our way to Conflans! On board drink and dessert. : ).
