Is a small country town of about 1000 inhabitants, located in the south eastern corner of Queensland's Darling Downs and set on the western side of the Great Dividing range along the Condamine river. Killarney was originally settled by Irish migrants, and was largely rebuilt after a devastating cyclone in 1968.
