A Day in the Life of Caroline. A collection of the quirky stories from my eclectic life! Friday, May 31, 2013. Half way there, and I am exhausted! It is so good to be here with the babies. It's wonderful to love on them every day. It is amazing to be a part of this wonderful culture for several weeks. It's an amazing experience. But if you want the honest truth, it is exhausting! Physically, mentally, and spiritually. And missing my future husband, that's a whole other story! Day 1 (18 babes). The Advent...

http://carolinerebekah.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
A Day in the Life of Caroline. A collection of the quirky stories from my eclectic life! Monday, March 14, 2011. I have to admit, I have always had a love hate relationship with Mac and Cheese. I love the concept of it, but I rarely ever ate one that felt really worth it, you know? Mac and Cheese (I made half a recipe for me- this halves easily). 4 cups Dried Macaroni (I used Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta). 1 whole Egg, beaten. 188; cups GF (I used Jules again) or All-purpose Flour. Worked great for me).

A Day in the Life of Caroline. A collection of the quirky stories from my eclectic life! Friday, April 29, 2011. What I Have Been Up To. Well hello my lovelies! It's been a while. I also deleted some past posts that I didn't like. Since my last post, my move was pushed back from early April to the end of May, which was a big blessing!

A Day in the Life of Caroline. A collection of the quirky stories from my eclectic life! Sunday, June 09, 2013. Church In the Bush, Part II. We had the privilege of being invited to Kasibi to Lernord's church. It was one of the highlights of my 2010 trip! Afterwards, we danced. I mean danced.
