Zaterdag 16 oktober 2010. Just a quick update. Leveldesign werkin' today, but not for leveldesign, for integration projects (sub surface game). also wasted most of my time on the panel vor 3D4games, which i'll be updating tomorrow when it's finished. Here's a screencap of it running on the 'very high' spec. which I only use for screens. I design in the low spec, to keep the framerate up. but that would look kinda boring to post :D. Dinsdag 16 augustus 2011. While I was looking for a billboarding way to make the names apear over the igloos. I sought and I sought and I sought and all I found was either overly complicated or about something completely different! What I needed was projecting a 3D point on the 2D screen, so that when I moved around the text would seem to float over the same point in 3D space. The WINAPI function to Project a D3DXVECTOR3 was only moderately difficult to find. D3DXVECTOR3 Finalcoords = *screenvector;.
