Wednesday, August 13, 2014. We landed in Grand Forks around 11:00 and hadn't eaten a thing all day so we went to the Blue Moose Bar And Grill. In East Grand Forks, Minnesota for lunch. Thursday, May 29, 2014. I then patted out as much water and dye as I could and wrapped the roving up and put it in a microwave safe bowl. Set the timer for 2 minutes and let cool and repeated three more times. You want to set the dye but not cook the roving. After it was completely cooled I rinsed the roving and the water ran clear. Thursday, May 21, 2015. ADDI HEADBAND INSTRUCTIONS AND CRAIG NA DUN. Above is a picture of a headband when it comes off my Addi Express (46 needles). The first and last five rounds are knit in a waste yarn and 40 rounds of a color you like. I have it pinned wrong sides together so I can start crocheting the two knitted ends together. Saturday, June 28, 2014. After a couple of months with only one vehicle we decided to purchase another one. Just easier if I need to go some where without Bill or he goes hunting for a couple of days and I'm at home without any form of transportation. Its a 2008 Suzuki. So far I like it even if its the smallest car I've driven in a long time. On the needle is lace I'm knitting with some fine wool yarn. Much easier in the warm summer months than something knit of bulky wool yarn. No Did the cat chase it?

Saturday, January 31, 2015. I received my first Mystery Batt in the mail a couple of days ago. Beautiful and so easy to spin. I spun and plied it. I can't decide if I like it but I do have a small skein of yarn to add to a project. I finally finished my shawl. I got the pattern from Susan B Anderson. Yowza Weigh It Shawl. So, so easy. You weigh your yarn and knit inceasing along as you after you've used half of the yarn you start the ruffle and then bid off. Back of hat. I do like it. Links to this post.
