As a family business we're proud that our marina is a state-of-the-art facility. It took many years of careful planning and work to create our marina. We chose the perfect spot to carve a small inlet into our farmland, then drove piles deep into the riverbed before finally floating a berthing pontoon into position. When mooring a valuable cruiser you have to be sure the berth is of the highest standard. So we developed Killynick Marina to the same exacting specification as used by Waterways Ireland.

A great marina and a perfect location. There's tons to explore along the entire length of the Shannon and Erne waterways, from Belleek at the top all the way down to Killaloe at the bottom. With Killynick Marina as your starting point, it's a gentle cruise down to Carrick-on-Shannon, and from there to Athlone and Portumna, taking time to soak up the natural beauty of the landscape, investigate historical sites like Clonmacnois Abbey or stop for a leisurely meal at a riverside pub or bistro.

It's been a long-held ambition of ours to offer a private marina facility on the Woodford River. And now it’s finally here! If you love boating, then you'll find that Killynick is a perfect private berth, since both Lough Erne and the Shannon system are within easy reach. Our new marina is located near to Upper Lough Erne in County Fermanagh, with County Cavan across the river on the opposite bank. We're located just half a mile off the main A509/N3 road and are really not too difficult to find.
