Skip to main content. Welcome to our Victorian Farmhouse of 1891 with a courtyard setting of 6 converted stables. Furnished to a high standard all rooms are en-suite, warm and comfortable with TV, Tea and coffee making facilities. Within the courtyard is our conservatory where home made meals using local Suffolk produce are available. There is also a guest bar and lounge area. We enjoy having children to stay and are ‘pet friendly’. Businessmen and contractors are welcome,. We make no charge for pets.

Horse Riding Lesson Prices. Horse Riding Lesson Prices. Welcome Kiln Farm Riding School. Kiln Farm Riding School is situated on the Western outskirts of Southampton. We are on Rownhams Lane midway between Rownhams and North Baddesley. The owner, Mrs Wendy Carter (nee Bland) has owned the riding school for 53 years, the past 48 years being at Kiln Farm. Our aim is to teach people to ride but also for people to love and enjoy the pleasure that horses and ponies can give. This is not a livery stable.
