Kim and Jake's Cakes. Making amazing cakes and cupcakes in Boulder Colorado and loving every minute of it! Tuesday, March 8, 2011. This was our first Mardi Gras at the shop and we survived! We really did not know how many King Cakes we would sell and it is safe to say we exceeded expectations. It did help that this was a long carnival season. We dropped off 20 King Cakes at Whole Foods Pearl St on Lundi Gras and they were sold out by Mardi Gras morning! Last batch of cakes for the shop. Links to this post.
