I haven’t blogged anything in almost four months, and that was a post looking back on things I didn’t blog a couple of months prior to that! The longer that time went on, the more I felt like I was never going to be able to “catch up” on that lost time. And then it dawned on me who says I have to get caught up anyway? Aren’t I the boss of this thing? Yes, yes I am! Ok, Paige is officially 21 months old as of TODAY!

My little boy is quickly becoming a big one. I look at him all the time and think where did this toddler come from? If anyone is contemplating I highly recommend it. I wish I bought it in the beginning. Luckily it will grow with him. Anyway, back to my silly boy. First for this month. Sat in the grocery cart at publix and target. Rolls all over the place. Grayson did well at his nine month checkup on Friday. He was 22lbs and 2 oz (90%). He was 30.5 inches tall (98%) and his head circumference was 18.25 inches (80%). The nurse measured his height twice because she didn't believe he would be that tall. He has grown 11 inches in 9 months. That blows my mind! He especially loves avocado and watermelon right now but has been eating turkey and pasta and beans. All kinds of stuff! The next time we went it was HOT so he wasn't thrilled. We love you so much, buddy!

That one time when I turned thirty. Later that week my family threw me a surprise birthday with my extended family and friends. It was so amazing! I was only 7 weeks pregnant but felt like it would be so awesome to tell everyone! So after snacks and drinks and gabbing we gathered everyone around and told them we were pregnant. We headed to my step-brother, Jeff's house for Easter this year. It was really nice because Grayson had his Grandpa, Nana, Grandma and Gigi there to celebrate the holiday with him. Mr Peanut turned eight months old yesterday. Where did my eight pound baby go? This week we had an exciting development.KICKING! I was so anxious to feel the baby move recently. On a Sunday drive to church I felt a thump right in my midline and just KNEW it was the baby! Truth be told I think I felt the baby sooner but I generally had to push on my belly to feel anything. Not anymore. I feel those sweet tender thumps at all times of the day and night now. Our Forever Family
Halloween and Thanksgiving 2011. Its almost Christmas, but we had so much fun on Halloween and Thanksgiving that I had to share! We love dressing up, and we wanted to do it altogether as a family this year. Annie went as an ASU cheerleader, Jensen was a football player, Brighton was the mascot Sparky, I was the Referee, Tyson was the coach, and little Ridge was the football. It was so much fun. I love it that Annie's candy is all in a row (she loves organizing! And I love it that I caught Tyson's face!
