Swap shoulders every 3 seconds (10sec). 2x25 arm above water moves slow arm below water pulls fast (10sec). 4x75 back: three pulls left/three right…, 6 kick swap, build up by 25m. Sets: 30 seconds rest after each kick. 100 back kick easy. 50 back kick easy. 8x25 back FAST and father underwaters. 100 back kick easy. 4x50 back FAST and farther underwaters.
