From the Mouths of Babes. Thursday, March 6, 2014. The boys and I went to their first Ash Wednesday service last night. I explained to them before we got there what would happen and told them that Father Chris would put a cross with ashes on their heads. After receiving our ashes, William looked around at everyone. He looked kind of sad, so I asked what was wrong. Why is it so small? Why is what so small? I thought it would be bigger! Well, he could have gone down my nose! Wouldn't that be fun!

Wednesday, April 4, 2012. 3 Weeks and counting. Connor is now over 3 weeks old. We saw Dr. Nave for his two week check up and he was very pleased with Connor's weight gain. He was 8 lbs 5 oz! All of his measurements came out to the 52nd percentile so he is right where he needs to be. He is doing great at home and starting to get more and more alert.
