He was being raised by a family that ended up loosing both their jobs. They didn't have time for Jack and he spent many months being mostly in his crate. I am SO excited because this is the same tri that I did last year as my first ever tri! I am so excited to see how much I can improve. The training plan has today as an off day and a short swim, bike and jog tomorrow. Then rest up for the big day on Sunday!
