Tuesday, June 22, 2010. Now, what I did this weekend-. Friday night we had a huge wind storm. 70-90 mph winds. It was crazy. We ended up losing power until Saturday morning. Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Recap of the last few weeks. Days go by far too quickly. I haven't fell off the bandwagon completely. still plugging along. I weighed in this morning at 210. The last few weeks I have ranged anywhere from 214 to 209. So glad to see the number I saw this morning. Four pounds from my first mini goal. Wednesday, July 21, 2010. After working out at the gym 2-3 hours a night I weighed in this morning at 207.2. that is a loss of 2.8 lbs for the week. I am now under a pound of finally hitting my first mini goal. I have been trying to be careful with what I am eating but I have not been tracking at all - just sort of eye balling it.
