We went on a little trip up north, to the Aussie state of Queensland (in the upper right hand corner), and had the best time ever! Anyway, it really is a beautiful place, but very commercial. The climate reminded me a lot of southern California, (yay hot weather! Here's a picture of me with the Palmers, after all these years!

We've spent the last hour searching google earth to preview all the places we're about to see, then pulling out old photo albums of me with my parents at those places 15 years ago! The beaches are absolutely ridiculous. And that's just in the pictures. Jen and her parents come tomorrow, then we're off!
