Damien tells us it is, in part, designed to simulate the boredom of pulling a sled for 8 hrs a day. The 15 hr session we had on Saturday was certainly boring enough. The goal is to do this 2-3 times per week for 1.5 hrs per time. Yawn. Rob, Kim, Cath, Grant, Damien. Harder than it looks.
