This awesome Juice recipe will help boost your immune system. Packed with Vitamin’s A, C, E, B-6 and K, Fibre, Potassium, magnesium and iron this juice is not only tasty but a super boost for you. 2 stalks of Celery. Simply juice these ingredients in your juicer. You can juice your Kale but I choose to blend mine. Be prepared for a few chunky bits if you blend. I throw my juice, Kale and some ice in a blender to give it that added chill too. Its also a very refreshing juice for those hot summer days.

Healthy and Simple Recipes for everyone. Ok guys, this delicious treat is so easy and self explanatory I’m not going to write a recipe. Ill just tell you the why I used the fruit I did and other little fun ideas with these. I chose the fruits above to create rainbow kebabs. I love the colours and the fruits used. So tasty. As you can see I also drizzle mine in dark chocolate. It just makes them that little bit sweeter and help keep those sweet cravings away. But just in case here it is! 1 cup Almond Meal.

You wont believe how simple this recipe is. I almost dont even need to type it! But just in case here it is! 1 cup Almond Meal. 1/2 cup Cacao Powder. 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips. 1 tbs Chia Seeds. 1 tbs Coconut Oil. 1 tbs 100% Maple Syrup. How easy is that! Todays Juice is the Energy Juice. All ingredients are high in fructose so unlike caffein you will get a slow release of energy. Fructose won’t effect your blood sugar levels the way refined sugar does. Bananas also contain Glucose and that will give you your initial energy boost. Whats not to love! Put the banana and strawberries in a blender with some ice. Juice the apple and oranges, add to blender and blend it all up. This Energy Juice is so yummy is hard to think its a natural energy drink!
