http://momscraftycloset.blogspot.com/2015/07/earring-book.html
Saturday, July 11, 2015. So, I got my ears pierced a year ago and since the I have kinda gone a little nutty over earrings. They are just one more way that I am able to express my geeky self. However, I have lost and/or ruined a few pairs of my non dangling earrings because I had nowhere to properly store them and keep them organized. My friend, Norma, sent me some cute fabric and I figured this was a good project to use some on. It was super easy to make once I thought it through. Sometimes I overth...

Moms Crafty Closet: January 2015
http://momscraftycloset.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 17, 2015. My hubby came home the other day and had brought me some burlap coffee bags from a friend of ours. I was so excited! I have been wanting to make a Valentine banner for a bit now. I might be hooked. I see more burlap banners in the near future. I used some Studio G turquoise ink and a honeycomb mask to create a pattern on the gesso, and then it all just came together! To finish everything I sewed with some light blue thread with a zig zag stitch and viola! With the holiday seas...

YAYYYYYY! All of the papers used in this layout (except for the type writer) are from the Crate Paper, "Maggie Holmes" stack. I loved the antique look of this stack so I got inspired and got to work. http://momscraftycloset.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 18, 2015. So, I might have become obsessed with making bags. I am pretty stoked that I have finally learned a new "trick". No longer the, "one trick apron" lady I am now a bag lady too! My mom bought some star wars fabric for Noah and since we have the entire week off due to snow and ice, I decided to sew a bag with it yesterday. I am loving having this time off with no obligations. I used this tutorial. Noah immediately put his library books in his bag and seems to love it! For those...

Moms Crafty Closet: Kung Fu Fighting
http://momscraftycloset.blogspot.com/2015/07/kung-fu-fighting.html
Thursday, July 2, 2015. So, Noah is in Martial Arts with Ernie Reyes World Martial Arts and he has been doing so well. It is the first thing he has really taken an interest in outside of Legos and video games, haha. So, we went for it. Since he has been in almost a year, I thought it was time to get a book started so that he can keep his certificates safe, but also see his progression when he looks back. I am so proud of him!
