Life is a Journey. Enjoy the Ride!: Our annual update...
http://justkima.blogspot.com/2013/10/our-annual-update.html
Wednesday, October 09, 2013. Yesterday was the girl's birthday. 11 years old. How did that happen? They are right in the heart of those "tween" years and it's beginning to show! I'm having to really stretch my memory to try to recall what it was like during that age and guess what? I'm not remembering this type of behavior at age 11. LOL! I even had to call my mom to ask her, "Do you remember me acting like this? Yesterday morning, the girl's had a little ice cream for their birthday breakfast too. ;).

Life is a Journey. Enjoy the Ride!: August 2008
http://justkima.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 24, 2008. I've definitely been more absent these summer months! I can't believe how fast time is flying by. I know this always happens though. Today was the most perfect summer day ever! I enjoyed it a bit by sitting on the deck and reading book, just enjoying the warm summer sun, bright blue sky and the best part.low humidity! Thankfully, we only get bursts of humidity here in the summer. It would not make me happy to live in an area that is humid all the time. When we first arrived, we p...

http://justkima.blogspot.com/2012/09/over-year-long-hiatus.html
Wednesday, September 19, 2012. Over A Year Long Hiatus. We've had LOTS of changes over the past year. I didn't really mention it all last year. But enough about that for now.I'm going to just jump right back in. The girls started 4th grade this year and are going to be 10 in a couple weeks. I know it's cliche, but time is just going to fast. 4th grade just seems so much older than 3rd grade, doesn't it? Here are the girls on their first day of school:. Labels: all about me. All about the girls. All about...

Life is a Journey. Enjoy the Ride!: December 2008
http://justkima.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 12, 2008. The previous pics are before, after and one day post-surgery. I certainly can tell a big difference in her left eye! It's even been more noticible today and it really warmed my heart when Lindsey said, "I just love how my eyes look straight, mom! As for the surgery itself yesterday, all ended up going as planned. We got there, the anesthesiologist listened to her lungs and said they sounded fine so we were a GO! I'm so glad you're okay. I love you so much! This was all done, al...

Friday, May 29, 2009. A new family member. I'm hoping to have a bit more time to catch up as soon as the school year is done. Ha! I'm living in a fantasy world. I realized that I've never posted about Lindsey's first lost tooth, about our Florida vacation, about so many things. One thing in particular, we are now a dog family! Please welcome our new adopted family member, Brewster! The day we got him (back around April 1):. I didn't realize he was so scraggly! He's been doing so good! I'm off to my last ...

Thursday, October 09, 2008. Happy 6th Birthday to my precious daughters! I've been trying to compose this entry for awhile. I've been somewhat emotional leading up to their birthday this year. They just seem so grown up. Has it really been six years? Maybe it's because they are in Kindergarten now and that is such a big step. Elementary school. I've loved every stage of their life and have always been excited for the next, but I see those pictures and I think to myself, 'Where have my little girls gone?
