Half Marathon Row :). GRACE - 30 clean and jerks for time (95#). 3:37 - A little frustrated with a bouncing bar and clips coming off. Rest Day - long beach walk :). 1 1/2 BW Deadlift (190# - Sumo). 1/2 BW Seated DB Press. 1/4 BW Weighted Pull Up. Did this rx, but had to really kip the pull ups to get up. BURPee's for 7 min! 7 min of burpees just sounds terrible. I wasn't expecting the crazy quad pain right after nor the lack of oxygen to my lungs! The best part of the week was not the burpees but actually it was that I finally have shadowed enough hours to train clients on my own at CF. YEah! Very happy about that. Now we will see if all these friends that have said that they want to try realy do! Monday, Feb 20th. One rep max CLEAN! Tuesday, Feb 21st. Max MU's - New PR! I will get there. Friday, Feb 24th.

Always feel the countdown for summer at this time of year. My garden is calling and I want to play in the sun! Saturday, May 5th. Sunday, May 6th. Monday, May 7th. Tuesday, May 8th. Max HSPU's between rounds. RUN 800-400-200 with a 3 minute rest in between. Wednesday, May 9th. Snatch Grip Dead 5-5-5-5-5 (work up to one heavy set of 5). Thursday, May 10th. Rest time it took to complete the row. Rest time it took to complete the row. Full round tabata pushups and squats. Friday, May 11th. 9 C2B Pull Ups.

Saturday, March 10th. Partner 1 runs 400m while partner 2 completes as many rope climbs as possible, switch and repeat for 10 minutes. Score total rope climbs. 1K row for time. 10 pulls at a time. Partner 1 pull 10 times while partner 2 completes 10 double unders. Partner 2 cannot get back on rower until double unders are finished. Switch back and forth until 1K is complete.
