Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Happenings in July.so far. So far this month, we have been very busy. We spent 4th of July at Ben's grandma's, went home to watch some fireworks, then we headed up to my family cottage for the rest of the week. It was a nice long vacation! Last Sunday we went back to Ben's grandma's for the day. The kids love it up there! Lots of swimming and building of sand castles. Fun! Oh my goodness, this album was so cute it hurt! Sunday, January 08, 2012. Barrett began wrestling this year (well he kind of did it last year, but never competed). Anyway, today was his first tournament. Ben and I really wanted to make it a positive experience, so that he will continue to enjoy it. The tournament was in Grand Ledge and had a lot of people there! We're proud of you, Barrett! My tulips and daffodils are already starting to come up. This gets me so excited because I love to garden. I took a walk around my flower beds trying to plan out some things I want to this year.
