It was all going so well until the start of March when I came down with the flu which knocked me for six. Not being able to exercise and feeling rubbish I used food to make me feel better and fell off the wagon big style, in fact I’m fairly sure I ate the wagon at one point! Cue more time in bed, feeling rubbish and being too ill to exercise. Let’s do this!
