Today I went for my orientation for the LapBand surgery only to find out that the procedure is pretty much phasing out due to complications of the band itself. Dr. said that in the last 24 months he has only inserted 2 however has removed close to 20 due to complications. I don’t know about you BUT I DO NOT want a second surgery! So last week ended up being an emotional rollercoaster (isn’t everyday of infertility an emotional rollercoaster? So as I posted before, I got a call from my doc last Monday that my HCG was 33, progesterone 2. I was most likely having an early miscarriage but he put me on progesterone suppositories 4x day (BTW, they are DISGUSTING! Why did my levels have to go up and then back down?
