Am adaptat putin reteta lui Jamie, incercata anterior si am framantat aluatul conform filmuletului de aici. E o placere sa te uiti la Richard Bertinet, cum vorbeste el despre aluat cu atata dragoste :). 150 de grame de faina alba. 100 de grame de faina integrala. 13 grame de drojdie proaspata. 1 lingurita de zahar. 10 g de unt rece. 1 lingurita de sare. 120 de ml de apa calduta. 40 de ml de lapte caldut.
