So today was my weigh in and I learned an important lesson.don't eat a bunch of salt the day before your weigh in :( I knew this yet I chose to ignore it. Anything worth doing is worth doing right. Saturday, September 17, 2011. Today we had W.I.N.G.S. I am emotionally and physically exhausted. Listening to peoples testimonys about PTSD in their lives broke my heart; however listening to where they are now brought me such joy! We left WINGS and went to a football game for Kaleb. Then we went to a Birthday party followed by a 2 hour trip to the grocery store :) I love grocery shopping! Lunch was a ham and turkey sandwich=306. Total for today=1322 :).
