Dues/Projects

KSPOA dues are currently assessed annually in the amount of $175. Dues are invoiced to the owner on record as of June 1 each year, and cover the July 1 current year to June 30 next year time frame. Dues are payable by July 31. Failure to pay dues may result in property liens and additional fees to the property owner until such time the account is brought current. The Kinnakeet Shores Phase I and II subdivision is governed by the covenants filed with Dare County upon the creation of the subdivision. The Kinnakeet Shores Property Owners Association was created in compliance with the covenants and established by the articles of incorporation filed with the State of North Carolina.
