Before and After Care Forms. No School / All Day Child Care. Kinnikinnick Kids Care is a School Age Child Care Program. The program is part of the Kinnikinnick Community Consolidated School District #131. We serve Grades PK-3; children attending Ledgewood and School Creek School. Our center for these grades is located in the basement at Ledgewood School. Breakfast my be purchased through lunch accounts. Each meal is $1.50. Reduced is 30 cents. Free meals qualify. Before and After Care Forms. No School / All Day Child Care. When School is not in session because of Teacher Institute or Holidays, All Day Child Care is available at Ledgewood School. COST: $30 1ST CHILD $25 2ND CHILD. WHAT TO BRING: Nutritious lunch (unless being purchased for $2). Book for 'Book Break Time'. Wear appropriate clothes for projects and indoor/outdoor play. October: 7, 10. November: 11, 18, 23 (no care on the 25th). December: 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30. January: 3, 4 (no care on the 2nd).
